Can't express exactly how much you should find anyone else. Gary "assisted" me in buying a home in Arkansas, he knew I would be using him to check the home being that me and my wife lived out of state. When we got there the home was a mess and he accidently let it slip that he hasn't actually seen the house until 3 days before we moved in nut that was after we bought it on his recommendation that it was " absolutely love in ready ". Make sure you don't get caught in the same position me and my wife did with a lackluster agent working for a company that is only interested in it's own money and not actually assisting you.
